Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price of your order will be summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

A feature of Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First, you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or with card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.

Deliveries & Returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  Fixed price 40 SEK (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point.

Terms and conditions for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. Unless specified, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it will be stated next to the respective part. If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfil the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder is unable to fulfil their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery. In the event of an exchange, we will pay the new freight from us to you.

14 days return policy

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a large part of). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

Please note that it does not apply to open purchase on printed products.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has led to the item being returned being worth less, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the amount to be refunded. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs when you return the item.
